We have discussed and talked and wondered and pondered and came up with a thought that we are going to establish. ]HeLL[ Clan will from now support and attend Weekly Fundays. A Weekly Funday (WF for short) is a day in the week dedicated to a certain mod. The WF's we will be having are DeathRun Wednesdays and Zombie Zundays! Every Wednesday we will be hording the DR server evading traps and obstacles, and every Sunday the ZM server will be infested with zombies and bullets. We intend not to miss a day, so this will become a real tradition. Generally most of us are at work/school for the first hours of the day so we aim to be all playing on the corresponding server at and after 6-7. But this goes on during the whole day so please join the DR server on Wednesdays and ZM server on Sundays when you have the chance! I know I and other clan members will stay there for as long as possible. We hope you join and participate in these days with us, we are very excited. ______________________________________________________ DeathRun Wednesday As the midweek comes apparent, the excitement becomes transparent. The traps evaded, the T humiliated, the teamwork, so affiliated. Zombie Zunday At the dawn of first day, when they arrive, stand up and spray, only the brave survive. With bullets and brawn, keep them at bay, we want them gone, we're not their prey.
surp i have to tell you there aren't any more places to be promoted to.....i think Now more seriously its very nice that this is getting worked on and i really hope that this sticks but one question are there any plans for other WF's if this really sticks like monday beeing for example ZE, SK TRIKZ?
Surely we can add more WFs in the week but lets see how we get on starting with 2 days a week. These days will be held every week as a gathering for the community on one server. Servers like Bhop and Trikz wouldn't really be able to accommodate the community gathering so think of it this way. This is just a neat way to let everyone know what's happening and where, then every week you would automatically know where to go when its a Sunday ^^
Nice hope to see ZE over there one day too and maybe on community group you could put the event as a reminder now these 1st 2/3 weeks no? About trikz i dunno never actually understood it can't really play it but i saw wildfire talking about a trikz event one time and though it would fit oh well guess not
Just a possibility, why not have a sub forum for these Weekly Fundays and what we would do is have people sign up to say they are attending (Zombie Escape, Minigames, Surf etc) on a first come first serve basis. Possibly have different people play each time to limit the fairness but obviously have reserved slots for those who are obligated. It would look something like this: "Zombie Escape Funday" Please sign below to say that you are attending: 1 2 3 etc Reserved Slots (for the obligated) 1 2 3 etc Substitute Players (If the secured people are unable to return) 1 2 3 4 5
I don't think the reserved spots are needed. The funday, like the name says, is over the whole day. People come and leave when they feel like. If it was like some sort of tournament the reserved spots would be needed so people can signup in advance. Obviously there will be a lot more traffic on that specific server, but people won't play on that particular server for 18 hours a day I think So there will be enough moments where slots will be available to people who want to attend the Weekly Funday.
That is a good point =) It was just something that popped into my mind really, although I've never hosted/organised these kinds of things, I just presumed that organisation would've been key But oh well, thanks for the response! =D

Yes, first WF will kick off tomorrow. I thought about that but in the end it would become spammy over time. This happens every week so it will stick with everyone if there is a WF or not, wouldn't be much point in advertising it when everybody knows it's going on. Plus it's pretty far away from an event, this goes on over the whole day.
