Banned, Thanks for the report. The demo was enough and the 10 pages of him being on a lot of source bans for a variety of cheats. Although some of those ticks could be excused through sound. Still enough to ban him.
When players are banned, they're banned from ]HeLL[. VAC is an automated process, so sooner or later he'd get picked up. I think you can report people for VAC Banning though: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1010-TOKN-8461
