Steam will reinstall the game for u, dont have to reinstall yourself

 

Steam might delete his hacks...

 

Reinstalling wont fix much.. if you think some CSS files are corrupt, just Verify the game files using steam. Inside Counter Strike Source Properties.

When you delete css and click on install again... it's not really reinstall... I'd call it redownload... everything stays the same.. even your configs.. because of the steam cloud..
