Cannot hear any voice chat/myself in test.

    After I installed v60 patch i stopped hearing other players voice chat, zero of it (I still see when someones turns his mic on (in the right) and its looping like 3-10 turn on+turn off per second))
    Also I dont hear myself in the mic test and even cant see that the "voice meter" is moving. I googled for it and found some console commands but it didn`t helped me.... my mic works perfectly on skype and all was good before installing the patch.
    If somebody knows what to do please share this scary secret with me :|
    Oh and i know that reinstalling the game may fix it, but I first wanna check if there are other ways because of all my settings/servers/binds/patches.

    We are not going to change anything on server.cfg

    We have a better voice codec now. Your non steam CSS release team should fix this problem... Making the server use older codec is NOT a fix.

    If they are being lazy, you should buy the game. Its cheap.

    if you don`t belive me you can look the NIS - USD ratio...
    Its 240 NIS....
    k its actually 70.26$ for now...
    all the video games in israel are expensive like shit...

    I said that i bought steam CSS in the soviet russia, then installed it here (israel) and the key didn`t work cuz it can be activated only there...

    Also, Steam sell games with different prices in some countries

    Boy, its actually even a difference between 5$ and 70$... (Russia - Israel)
    If you would ever visit in Israel you will see that you can buy games only in kids toy stores xD the gaming here sucks, almost all the gamers download games :p

    Edit: That is' allright. But STEAM doesnt have anything to do with Isreal.. so no reason why it should be that high..

    It actually happened 3-4 years ago and i gave it as a present for my friend from the Soviet Union :p
    I didn`t know what is that proxy yet :p
    Anyway the key will get banned as soon as possible with proxy beside the fact you will play with 100+ ping in a server that you runnin at your home :D
