Ok i will be entering an Nvidia competition where i need to design our own case i have chosen to go with my own corsair 600t. and needs to include "geared for gaming" badge. I will use this thread to test out different designs and i would love to hear on your feedback because i really wanna win a system with 660ti in sli with the actual design i make Design 1 remember this isnt the final thing.
i think thats what they just want. http://www.scan.co.uk/shops/nvidia/skinit2winit create a "Skin design" not a case lol
ah right its skin it to win it never mind then I would skew your gearing thing to make it look like its on the case I would also take the bevel off the decals as your trying to make it look like its on the case
That one seems very nice but I agree looks a bit empty and unfinished, maybe you should follow the plan wich ended up with the second design and improve it, so yeah..
Seccond design draft 2 people please i need more feed back did some changes dont be afraid to be too harsh.
I really like the changes on the updated design 2. I sorta imagine some sort of ghost/creature in the colors, you could try to make it look a bit like that maybe, would look really cool I think
The part where the logo is good (design 3) but I personally don't like the ''sudden'' change of light green to dark green, maybe you could try something there. Offtopic: The thread name is a bit sexist IMO, girls have designing skillz
If its like the bird face with spikes ontop, yeah. If you want more detail, you could add different shapes and possibly creatures that springs from the main shape of your design. The way I think this would be cool, is the way it's cool to watch a flame for hours and hours; It's always something new to look at, and theres always this detail you can wonder what is, and so on
Why do's the decals run over parts on the case looks really bad all you got to do is rub them out "talking about the case clips and line" The logo of the comp is still wrongly skewwed so thats needs fixing. I would do something with the front of the case like a green outline on the front panel also maybe try placing the logo into the decal. Maybe try looking at an pillow emboss effect on your design to make it look like it is ecched into the side panel on the case. Also I think the grey case do's not suit your high green and black theme. Edit: To be really harsh your not going to win with the use of 2 brushes splashed onto a picture of a case design your own style imo
If i use a white case the green could stand out a lot more. or should i scrap the whole 600t case and go for a different one ?
I was thinking about it today the simpler the case the more you can do to it then you have nearly have a full are to work on rather then trying to dodge fancy case parts
Imo thats much better to work with now all ya gotta do is made your design look like its on the case. I like the white one more
Design 3 draft 1 managed to copy most things from the second design to this 3rd still dont know what to do at the front
Maybe a green outline on the front, design imo is looking better already also maybe make a better gradiant background like darker so you can see the case popping out
