Community Chests

So me and a few other admins had an idea of making some chests that are accessible by everyone, like if you need a few stacks of cobble or wood or whatever. Just making this so people are aware of them and so it's not just me chucking stuff in. There at my village which is very close to DD2, take the monorail near vmx's house and go round dust to see my village, the building is very close to an entrance and is sign posted.

 

You'll be surprised, i've already been given a lot off stuff people don't need. Even if people dont put stuff in i will put stuf that i dont use in it, and even collect resources specifically for them.

 

And? i can always ask for stuff from our amazing community :rlol:

 

you mean the cookies? yeah i agree slightly, but im a few mins away from spawn so i'm less likely to get everything stolen.

 

(on my server) I've put chest's full of food and bad quality tools for new players and a sign " Please take only what you need and nothing extra" though it could actually work but it never worked, I tried like 10 times and always the next second everything was gone.

 

Well it's not gonna stop me, i may even alter it so it's like the shop at spawn, where you ask and i throw things out for ya; but that may take some time to get the resources needed to build the area.

 

LoL I havent even seen dd2 or any monorail. Only seen spawn and red community house...

When I'm done building, I gotta explore
