Hey guys, Remeber when we got HeLL FM ? It was great , we had alot of good DJ's with different music taste, where everyone had something they liked (or not). I have alot of good memories to that. Nomy said in his thread that the radio servers was shutting down, and Adey had no time to look after solutions. I researched a little and found out it's not that difficult. I changed some simple ressource URLs from the Hive365 plugin and voilá, it works. My question is : who is interested to get HeLL FM back ? There is a little more coding like song name, artist, dj an stuff like this but possible for sure. If the admins are interested in that, i will look further in that project and gonna make it happen. demonstration :
HeLL FM was popular before a time when streaming services were available. Nowadays its a lot easier to listen to the music you want to via Spotify, YouTube, ect
Id be up for being a HeLL FM DJ. I have no idea how it works though, How do i sent my Audio feed to HeLL FM?
You can schedule on Airtime.pro and upload your songs there. Something like SAM Broadcaster would be nice (didn't want to spend money just to test it), then you wouldn't need to upload.
I liked HeLL FM but only when certain DJs were on, and never had it on when playing JB. I think it's more of a hassle organising DJ timetables, setlists and like Steezy says, nowadays I feel as though it will definitely not be as popular as it once was. The only thing I can think of is maybe only doing a timetable at weekends, so there can only be DJs on Fri/Sat/Sun, therefore people are more likely to tune in if it's a bigger event, rather than having barely any listeners during the week. Either that or do big radio events, with a host and interviews a bit like what @Ge0➆ is doing. I remember @JayJay and @Myles hosting one just before HeLL FM died, was pretty jokes.
