This is not serious enough for a CTban, unless the baiting gets way worse than this. For now, he will get warned. If this gets repeated, please feel free to bump the thread and the required action will be given.

Please do not get close to the Ts, I get that the Ts might delay sometimes but it's better to warnshot them in the foot/leg. If you would've got killed, that would be your fault and it could get you CTbanned.
