Knowing Comex he'll probably go and respond to this and say i was harrassing him, which is kinda true. Tbh i was pushing him to say these things because he was one of the people constantly spamming fuckin "SLAY BAD CT KWISPY" and i was kinda bored of it so i pushed him to his limits and he said these things. I realise what i did is wrong but in the heat of the moment i was just plane steaming out my nose out of the sheer stupidity.
Then when i was asking for his pronouns hes said things like "you sound like a 12 year old girl" as a responsed to "what are your pronouns comex" and just generally hating against the community that use pronouns.

its kinda stupid. How does that overrule the fact that his homophobic ass called me a fag. Saying stuff like "thats a fag insult" is BY FAR worse than saying "clow disease". I think you can do much better by GAGGING THE PERSON CALLING ME A FAGGOT and not the person saying "clow disease".

 

Well maybe next time i should not get a 7 day for "provoking" as he clearly has said 2 homophobic slurs and that is much worse than pushing him to say this
and plus it wasnt even fucking pushing him he was doing this for months and i finally started to retaliate cos it wasnt being sorted by admins one bit. Maybe all of you should take the sticks out your arse cos you need 2 warnings for provoking and i was not warned once and it was probably happening for about 10 mins
so maybe next time you can be a bit more reasonable
calling someone a fag is NOT ON but saying 2 things including "clown disease" and "using gay as insult, kinda gay dude" is more than reasonable to the hours he spent provoking me the past month. Anyway how did you think it was a good idea boy to gag me for 7 DAYS and not like 1 - 2 cos i only said the things like "clown disease" etc. I think its completely unreasonable that you gagged me for 7 days and him ONLY for 7 days. You clearly think homophobia is on the same level as saying two insults to a guy provoking me for months.

Not sure if I should bother opening a new thread as there's already a punishment in place here but this is far from the first time he's been toxic, not just on the server but off it as well. Now, i'm sure most people know I'm far from a saint, although I would argue I'm generally only toxic and mean it to people that deserve it. I've frequently been told by Kwispy that i'm not fit to conduct the job i'm going into - detective- as i'm too fat (postman who probably does more steps in a week than he does in a year, go figure?)

He's provoked other people, including myself when he sees them come onto the server, then gets mad when people doesn't take his bullshit. I've attached just a few examples of his behaviour towards only myself, although I'd say it's pretty tame compared to other things I've seen. It's one thing to be called a nonce as a joke but to be asked if I've fucked a child because I seem calmer isn't something I tolerate from someone with very few braincells and that I'm obviously not friends with. People can say that to me and i'll let it slide if I know them well as it'll probably be a joke, but I don't know this kid, nor do I want to so I see that as nothing but venomous spite.

The discord screenshots in particular are him replying to what I was saying over voice chat with multiple witnesses there so nothing got too out of hand as I believe Hell members were present and I would've been warned. The last message of me "leaking shit" was referring to me streaming in the Mix Lobby channel the other day and going through this conversation to show everyone just what he is like. I guess he didn't like the idea of this being aired out but too late now

Well i'll add some more proof about kwispy.

In the first screenshot u can see that he calls me a dumbass and says that i armory camped when i killed 417 which i saw that he went thorwards armory.

The second and third screenshots show that kwispy wasnt near the warden he was just wondering outside exploring the map (whilst u have to be near your warden so u can help him if things go south).

And in this video https://youtu.be/k1pUSbDvjOs , we were at football area and kwispy wouldnt stop shooting the ball even when raq said to stop he continued to shoot the ball then got naded and went afk and got killed which cost us the round as cts.

I guess this guy doesnt learn from his mistakes, doesnt matter how many times he gets gagged or banned he still doesnt change...
