Admin Abuse WIK50

Hey guys,
I have found your server a few days ago and since then really enjoyed playing on it.

But today WIK50 came at me with an absolute maniac request. He wanted me to change my steam name. I of course refused, as it is none of his business and no rule tells me how my name is supposed to look like in order to play on this server.

After a few times abusing his ability to kick me, he finally abused his power to use the "ban hamer" on me.

I am deeply disappointed at how these kinds of admins can have any permissions on the server whatsoever.

He argued with my name being "disrespectful" which is more than funny. Most of the people on this server insult each other all the fucking time.

He had also already gaged me for 24h for no obvious reason, which made me unable to explain my standpoint in an objective and rational manner, as I am a reasonable person and willing to clear up my own mistakes.

I am not trying to slip into the victim role, I just want to have fun and be left alone. So maybe you can unban me and strip off wik50s admin rights? this pussy really doesnt have a strong enough personality to manage that power.

This is a fucking Jail Server, and I recon most of you have never been to a real jail. I've been there 7 years and people using harsh language is more than normal. Also people being a rat and snitching is punished severly by fellow inmates. So I'd suggest adding a rule prohibiting being a rat, or at least allow everyone else to call them a fucking pussy.

First of all the so called unfair gag i gave you is due to provoking other players on the server. You were told by several admins to stop it and when I gave you the final warning you started disrespecting me.
Snitching is fine when the T is alive and a rule against it won't be added.
As for your ban, Luke.uk warned you to change your name as it was provocative against another player on the server, but you still didn't listen, you were kicked several times with a warning to change it but you still persisted to have this name going. Therefor you were given a 24 hour ban. Hope you learn from your mistakes when the ban is expired.

Hey wik, thanks for your response.

As you are not a neutral party in this conflict, I would want a response from someone else. Your defensive way of putting all this together though just proofs that youre definitely somewhat abusing your admin rights. Just dont do that man. I know it itches inside, but your emotions are betraying you.

Which rule exactly tells me to have a "respectful" name?

thank you for taking the time to articulate a response, I do have some worries about your post though.

"1) The punishment was fair, we reserve the right to disallow player names on our servers as we see fit."

As an outsider you should try to obtain more information before getting to such a quick conclusion. That really does make you more look like you are a boy for real, and not like a man, as would be appropriate for a "Super Admin".

Isnt it disrespectful to unrightfully ban someone and make him come here in the first place? THATS disrespectful. Calling someone a pussy who indeed is one, is merely an exposition of facts. I never had the intention to attack someone personally.

As your website navigation is a little bit confusing (im an online marketing expert), I could not find it that easily. Sorry for that. Wik "kindly" gave me an answer, yes, "kindly". Thats the wrong word though. He most likely manipulated you in the background before making such a bold post. I would rather say he was "forced" to post an answer to save face.

Especially this statement makes me a bit worried. Youre a super admin and I'd expect you to present sober facts and not try to provoke or start personal attacks. Thats just another indication that my behaviour was absolutely not exceeding limits.

Please unban me. I know youre busy bullying non-admins, but pls take 1 minute do unban me. I will accept your shady name rule and not call out Pussies in form of changing my name.

Otherwise I really enjoy your community and Im thankful for you guys creating and maintaining it. Just don't step over your limit admins. I see it as my job to educate people on how to behave properly and thereby try to untrain their very bad personality traits, such as snitching.

Hello again boy,

I want to clarify one more point, which will most likely lead to you unbanning me.

Say we were in a real prison, which CSS Jail is trying to emulate. (Models, weapons, physics are all designed to be as realistic as possible in release year 2004).

If someone calls you out, say you're hiding and a snitch/rat (pussy) tells the warden where you are, then it IS the snitches/rats (pussies) fault that you died. So naturally you will begin to develop resentment against this person.

In reallife this would come to expression through bullying (calling them pussy), beatings or even murder (killing on FFD). Also a victim of a snitch/rat (pussy) would of course tell his loyal brothers that this guy is a fucking snitch/rat (pussy).

So why on earth are you trying to make EVERYTHING similar to reallife, except for the social political and psychological mechanisms? That is an obvious double bound (preaching water and drinking wine).

I know its most likely due to these snitches/rats (pussies) having only little social intelligence and having spent only little time in social atmospheres, where behaviour could be tested and improved. Im definitely not judging that, no master has ever fallen from sky.

Long story short, its non sense to allow the resentment producing behaviour (snitching/ratting/pussying) while not allowing the resentment decomposing behaviour (calling them a fucking pussy)

After having produced this revolution on your jail server, you might aswell promote me to Admin after unbanning me.
