Reason for wanting to be ungagged/unmuted? Because I would like to play on probably the last server of the prison type and be able to have a written/voice chat. The offense took place 5 years ago, I assure you that it will not happen again.

You are only gagged by an old admin, not muted. I can only see the gag, are you sure that you are muted too?

Do you remember why you got gagged? The reason was for spamming.

 

I don't care about unlocking voice chat, because I won't use it anyway.
