i masturbate continuously till the stress goes away, then eat doritos until i get rid of the shame, then exercise to get rid of the fat from all the tangy cheese doritos i just ate
I listen to music, wish i could make some but not yet. Other from that, i take a long ass walk outside listening to music and take a cold shower after.
Is it mad if I just don't get stressed really? Or will it all build up and I'll end up decapitating someone in later life
I usually calm my mind with jogging. Music helps a lot but it gives me random thoughts about things that sometimes leads the wrong way. I highly suggest working on yourself in some way, like creative work or mind work like puzzling or chess. But the first thing that comes to mind is 1 tapping JB kids and saying "ez game".
