Tick 40 000 after James mic cuts out and he may freekilled someone else, Lino tempts him to kill me and James freekills me
Tick 65 000 I clearly discard the nade without hitting anyone, Lino freekills me and claims that throwing nades makes you auto rebel (which it doesnt)
Tick 76 000 Lino tries to bait me into vent
Tick 78 000 James freeshoots me
afterwards I clearly miss CTs on purpose (its freeday because they dont command), Lino activates the disco game to give me damage
Tick 83 000 James lies about me getting into vent to get Lino to freekill me and then freekills me himself on purpose

 

In response to any part that involves me:

(On a pre statement, maybe if you stopped complaining when I was actually trying to command (which I did succesfully the first few rounds) then we wouldn't have had the remainder of the map being shit, but I didn't want to command because whenever I did, you would just complain about every small thing, even when the person killed had no objection to being killed.)

- I called James a pussy for making it seem as though he was going to freekill and then not doing it, then he actually did, not my problem, he has played on the server long enough to know the rules. There's no rule against jokingly saying someone is a pussy for not fulfilling what they crazed up. (In real life I would not egg someone on to do something like this, it's a game, just want to clarify in case you attempt to use any moral arguement against me.)

- I've always assumed throwing a grenade unless commanded to was rebelling, and I still think it is as it is an explosive weapon, and it should be at the CT's discretion wether to kill you for it or not. Just as if you are shooting a gun and it does not hit a CT is at the CT's discretion to kill you for it.

- I haven't read this thread before and it is not clearly stated in the rules, but now I have, I recognise that you cannot kill t's for throwing grenades unless it injurs someone (or it was directed at the CT specifically and the CT dodges it) (a shit attempt). I will take this into account in the future and not kill for it.

- I ran into an open vent as that's where the T's escaped into, I did not break the vent and the vent being broken gives me reasonable cause to go inside. If you decided to follow me inside that's your decision.

- You were delaying doing lr/rebelling, and as no admin was on there was little I could do. I turned on the game which did minimum damage, to give you a nudge to do lr, we then waited, and waited, for you to continue to delay before doing lr.

- I did not kill you when james said you went into the vent, I checked his story, and he said "you may have" which I could not go on. So don't word it as though I freekilled you, I checked his story, and also backed you up each time he freekilled you.

- We asked you multiple times to do lr, to which you didn't, you were just delaying, and delaying is against the rules of the server.

 

I was fake knifing because I knew they would kill me. Knifing air or walls is not rebelling, at no point I attacked a CT. Also because its a freeday I can stack inside the CTs as long as I dont attack them.
