Blatant admin abuse and lack of freedom of speech

Reason:      60 minute gag for the reason "trolling", although no trolling occured

Proof:
It seems like some payadmins can get away with anything with the term "trolling", and this was the case when i was just expressing my opinion about an occurence on the server. No warning was given (although there shouldnt have been, as i was not doing anything wrong) and got gagged for expressing myself. I dont care about the 60 minute gag, but I do care about admins feeling inmunity to censor people who may oppose what they say and dont accept any type of thinking apart from theirs. I guess that when you pay the money to get that little bit of power on the server you might think you or your opinion means more than others, and that you can punish people without expecting any type of repercussion. I hope this gets sorted out. More chat log in case its needed:

I silenced Silent and gagged you, after you both decided to troll over Doctor CPU. Silent, in the previous map (SpyvsSpy) kept complaining about Doctor CPU being a squeaker and kept spamming the rule about no high-pitched voices on mic. Silent was told several times that Doctor CPU had been approved to use mic, but kept harassing Doctor CPU about it and was still spamming the rule. We move onto the next map, and Silent is still going on about it. I warn him, for the second time about it:

And then you decide to pipe up! As can be seen above. "How is he harassing." "he's stating his opinion". When it was targetting one person and spamming about the how they shouldn't be allowed to use mic, and to stop using mic, even after being told. Silent then chose to spam the rule, again:

So he got gagged. He then took to mic and was still trolling about it, so he got muted. You then started trolling about how you "cant even express your opinion now" and how he "only typed it once":

(It was the 4/5th time, if an admin has the time, feel free to check the chat logs). And then you contrinue to troll about how "you cant express your opinion/quote rules, its a new rule" so you equally received a gag.

I don't quite know how many times y'all had to be told to stop trolling, and that Doctor CPU is allowed to use mic. Perhaps now, you will leave Doctor CPU alone and stop trolling them.

I dont see any type of trolling here. How is saying "How is he harassing." "he's stating his opinion" a way of trolling? Do we have to accept everything and admin says wihout being able to say a thing about it? Thats how i felt about it, but still i dont see any type of warning against me, I just see myself talking about something that was happening and anybody could see. But maybe we cant now, as you take me typing on a server as trying to troll.

Still not seeing any trolling here. Perhaps you give it a different meaning. I am still saying how i feel about the situation without any kind of disrespect to either you or any other player, just talking about how Silent got gagged for talking about something you didnt like. Either way, still no warning given.

Equally received a gag, without warning, for not agreeing with almighty admins although not making any type or disrespect or trolling. What I said is completly true, it seemed as silent got gagged for literally stating a real rule, so i guess that's gaggable now, still not seeing any trolling as I am completly serious about it, i meant everything. I got "equally" gag while having nothing to do with the thing that was going on, just because i talked about it.

I didnt get warned at all. I had nothing to do with Silent and his problem. I didnt troll Doctor CPU. Is not agreeing trolling now? This is some sick type of censorship right here. It appears that you can call "trolling" when somebody doesnt agree with you, giving you a valid reason to gag him and censoring him and his opinion. It's a good way of using your power I guess. If at the end of the day this still gets called trolling, I guess players will have lost all of their rights when playing amongst payadmins, as they will have every way to gag and mute without any kind of questioning going on about it.

Should players watch passively when something you dont agree with is happening? I saw something I didnt like and expressed myself about it in a serious manner, and got gagged without warning, thats what really happened.

 

Thanks for the clarification. But it is hard to realize when you are wrong when rules are not followed:
3) Give warnings to abusers.
If someone does not follow the server rules, you must give warnings before punishing them.
Can be closed.
