The proof will show a player spamming voice chat. The player continues spamming mic after warnings and does not stop. I forgot to hit the record button again when the spam continues. Other in-game players also votemutes the player, but as soon as 6/8 players voted. The individual left the server.

 

Permanently muted due to prior bans for the same reason.
