Avoiding CTBan Thanos

Reason:      
Avoiding ctban with a family shared account. I told him that it is not allowed and he kept using the account. I CTbanned the family shared account and he got furious. He was not happy and said that this was a different account etc. But it is family shared as far as I know. I did not server ban him.

I can show the console screenshot, but it has sensitive information like the IPs of players.
