Nord VPN is not the only VPN who has been hacked. It was just official right now on October 21, 2019, that it was hacked previous years only on one server in Finland.

"No user credentials were affected. There are no signs that the intruder attempted to monitor user traffic in any way. Even if they had, they would not have had access to those users’ credentials."
    -NORDVPN

You don't know if another VPN has been hacked because they have not been pushed to give out a statement. Still, the issue was that the data centre they rented to host the server is the one who compromised one Finland server. They blame the data centre, but who could know for sure? The data centre could be a scapegoat :/

I suggest you go on Hack Forums and purchase a VPN from a reputable seller there. Though you won't find big brand VPN's like Nord VPN who might have a smooth GUI or whatever, you will find a much more reliable product for your money as some of the coders on that website are fantastic.

As I said, look for a reputable seller, someone who has had a history of confirmed purchases by other reputable members of the community, similarly to this website, on Hack Forums, it states when a user has joined. Buy one from someone who has been around for years and has gathered a great reputation. The reputable sellers will not scam you as it takes years to build trust (especially over the internet) and seconds to lose it. Check them out, if you find one that looks good, send me a link and I will double check it for you.
