Four players blocking the ball on the Soccer server

Server: Soccer

Reason:  They're actively blocking the ball, not letting other players play. Also, they kept banning and kicking random players without any good reason. Finally, they kept talking in Russian on the chat and the mic. Everybody else left the server or went to the spectators due to getting frustrated because of their behaviour.   

Proof: Placed four images of the players. I can name other players who were witnesses to the scene.

I apologize about that. I made a text backup of the player list, but it seems I've overwritten the Steam number of the player "vasyan". I can't find him in my Steam history, probably set his profile to private. Any other way I can look up for the player?

I can say that he joined much later than the other three players and he just joined them in doing whatever they were trying to accomplish.
