I'd say if you are not going to OC, just use the stock cooler.

Have searched around about these pins. They only give RGB lighting around the case. Right now it is not that important, but I think it will be cool to get it to work.
I am not really sure what type of adapters or cables I need to connect to my MB. http://www.phanteks.com/DRGB.html
    My motherboard: https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450M-HDV R4.0/index.asp#Specification
If someone who has more knowledge about this could please Put your muthafuckin' hands up :=)

Your motherboard wont have these connectors... but you can ignore because your case can already control the LEDs.
Just make sure to connect the rest of of the cables from the case... one of them will power the case LED lights.

I was so confused when I saw a SATA cable from the IO cables from the case. Then I realised after 1 hour of search and fiddling that I can power the SATA IO cable from my HDD cable. Dam im smart :p

Update: got 5/9 Parts. A bit unsure of ram and storage. Getting m.2, however not sure about HDD.

Yea make sure you connect that to PSU SATA power connector.

I think don't get HDD, they are slow.. unless you need a lot of storage...
Get SSD.. M.2 SSDs are good... you can also get SATA SSDs for extra storage...

About RAM. You can still get the Kingston RAM... https://www.newegg.ca/hyperx-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/0RN-001J-00CZ8
    From your motherboard manual:
    - AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Pinnacle Ridge) support DDR4 3200+(OC) / 2933(OC) / 2667/2400/2133 ECC & non-ECC, un-buffered memory*

When you install the RAM, it will run at the lower 2666 frequency... if you want more than that you would need to OC the RAMs.

Don't reject RAMs just because it says Intel on the packaging box... it's just marketing, I'm kinda surprised people get brainwashed by marketing bs... Even the videos you see on youtube, they have referral links on their video's description where they make money when you click and buy... You can see this on video posted above, those amazon links are referrals. Intel had just tested the RAM to make sure it RUNS on Intel... that's it.. no optimisation... it works like any other RAM. Same goes for AMD Optimised RAM, AMD had checked it works and allowed their name to be slapped on the packaging... that's it, nothing special. You can just ignore that shit.

Also if there is a cheaper RAM that is faster, they would work too because the RAM will step down to a lower frequency.

There are cheaper alternatives without RGB lighting if you are interested.

I am getting an HDD for storage based reasons. I will get an m.2 as when I bought it, I only paid 49Cad which is the same price as some SSD with slower writing speeds. For value and speed, it was reasonable. I have never used m.2. I have so far been a man who used SSD for fast system boot and HDD for storage.

Because I will get a tempered glass case, I thought it would be nice with some RGB ram sticks. Motherboard ain't that important because I will buy some cheap RGB strips to surround the inside of the case, and maybe behind the motherboard. On ram sticks its hard to hide the RGB cables if I'm going to stick some strips on them and it will look ugly, hence the reason for RGB ram sticks.
At a later time, I will upgrade and change out the fans I have with some RGB ones.

    UPDATE:
Either my motherboard or CPU defects. The pins on my CPU looks ok, so I will send my motherboard first. Booting my motherboard does not post or have any display. It has power as my RGB Ram lights up and my fans work. I tried everything and even went on forums and etc. None of the solutions/ suggestions worked. The motherboard made no beeping sound, even with or without plugging in any audio device in the audio input. Even with bone stock motherboard, i did not post. I tried with and without ram RAM, it did not make any sound or beep. So that's why I am sending the motherboard.

    @Nomy
yea, that's basically what i was trying to get across about the ram, i guess i just worded it a bit differently by using the word "optimized" (cos that's the word they used on the packaging)

    @Jan
I would just buy ram on the qualified vendors list (QVL), which has been tested to work with the motherboard instead of possibly having to keep returning different ram if it doesn't work each time you buy and test the PC.
also your pc will never boot if there is no ram inside.

lastly if you haven't bought your GPU, you might wanna look into the new AMD 5700 XT - it has similar performance to the RTX 2070 super but for around $100 cheaper (depending on where you live)
you should buy the ones with the after market cooler though, not the blower style cards as they run much hotter & louder.

    --- Double Post Merged, Aug 17, 2019, Original Post Date: Aug 17, 2019 ---
I AM SOO DONE BUILDING. Okey look. First my motherboard is defective so I sent it and got a reply today that it was defective from Newegg and they will refund it.
I went out today and bought a new motherboard MSI x470 and the pc does still not post/beep sound or nothing. The motherboard is a brand new and low chance of it being the problem again. Ram can be the problem, however, the motherboard does not give any sound. So I have to send the CPU now to NewEgg and hope they will either resend a new one or refund me :(

The pins are all fine. That was the second thing we checked after that the pc did not post.
I am gonna send my CPU Monday. I will get a replacement for that CPU, however, if the PC does not post after that, then Il resend everything and maybe buy a prebuilt pc....

@Nomy - turns out everything i said was correct...

especially- look at the results of the ram that isn't on the QVL, compared to the ones that are.
there is one of them that isn't on the QVL that performs better than some of them that are on the QVL, but still.... it's a gamble.
and personally i wouldn't take that risk, and instead just go with ram that is ON the QVL

"brainwashed" lol..... u stupid af -

whatever dude... we live in the age where people believe in whatever they want to... people like you easily buy into marketing bullshit..
I ain't stopping you from getting rams from the list... this stuff is like how car manufacturers recommend engine oil from one specific company while other do the exact same oil with exact same spec for fraction of the price... I just call this marketing bullshit... and people who buy into this "brainwashed". Fine, you can use that oil just because it says on the manual. Same goes for this. Yea they probably work... but they wont be updating that manual everytime a new RAM is released and it wont have rams that have not been checked but will work fine... for all these years and all the builds, I've never read the manual to check rams i can buy... just read the motherboard specs and buy rams according to spec. never had any issue... you meanwhile can limit yourself to that outdated list on the manual and pay premium because AMD/Intel took a cut for their name stamp on the outer packing which you throw away the same day.

Btw again the links on the description have amazon referrals... marketing garbage... consume all you want mate.
