Few minutes after that happened, you sent me a message on Steam: Spoiler: image Which you then instantly removed me from your friends list. Spoiler: image It might not be in HeLL servers, but it's related. I believe it's a fair mute. HeLL can decide whether it was or not.
So you muted me for a day because I said the stuff on steam and removed you...? What? How is it related to HeLL servers? It is a steam chat, in no way shape or form is Steam related to HeLL. HeLL is a different thing. You shouldn't issue mutes/gags for things that happen on Steam Chat. Only thing you could issue is a ghosting ban.
@Aiden Why was you spamming the mic when a CT was trying to command? You've been here long enough to know the rule's, Also your history with mutes and gags shows that. @Kill Have you got evidence of you giving him a warning prior to using a punishment? (30 mins mute), Also was the sole reason you escalated the punishment because of the steam Chat/ Friend removal?
A FFD had started and we were on the MC map where the doors don't open automatically. Kill started it and then ran away from the cell button. Me and Hans said "Open Cells" numerous times then Kill just muted me.

By the demo provided, @Aiden I can't see you being warned Prior to the punishment (30 Mins). There is a pay-admin guide line that say's before Dealing out punishment's a player must first be warned via Admin message, so they can correct them self's before a punishment is issued. "depending on the case and situation of course" Obviously I don't know weather you got verbal warning's prior By Kill as the recording, Don't record his voice. Reason why admin warning is applied in text/chat. You have previous gag's and Mutes so its apparent you know what we expect. However the upgrade from 30 mins to 1 Day punishment is not acceptable. @Kill Steam offer the function to remove friend and Block communication from a player if you feel them to be a pain. just because the Player said "Fuck you" don't mean you can abuse HeLL services to extend his ban. The correct procedure would be: Block/ remove from the messaging client, after the 30 min mute was over if Aiden continued to wind you up or continued to moan about the gag. Give warning via admin chat: Aiden please don't moan or risk longer mute. If he stops, move on. If he continues Gag him appropriately. @Aiden You've been un-muted
