There was no one in iso that round, the guy came out from the cell and was rushing a CT and i killed him, the score was 1-9 on a T sided map and constant rebelling always by ts, so the commander said face cells and the ts had enough time to follow his orders and i killed 2 Ts not facing cells and 1 t afk in cells, I always see you whining and crying all the time whenever anything happens involving me and just saying lies about me like this all the time, i can provde the proof if jayjay wants.

I said what I saw. I saw the guy near iso getting killed. Since you said he rushed I said fair enough, but that doesn't change the fact that you were extremely thappy and avoided the ctban. And as I showed in a previous post this isn't the first time you do that.

Because you instant killed Ts without any warning as fast as the cells opened. Because you were the only CT doing that. Because Warden told you to stop and you didn't. Because there was no command "kill people in cells" and you killed the guy inside. And then I searched ur steamid and remembered that you have been warned for those 2 issues I staded before, that's why I reported.
He doesn't know the rules well, on almost every map he freekills, I'm sure unintentionally, but still. I had a demo but accidentally deleted it.

It’s the commanders Job to tell you when to kill T’s in cells, not your judgement! CT's kill for the smallest reason, this affects the players who died's playing experience for accidentally brushing a key by accident. This would result in the CT being moved for being trigger happy. Of course Warnings aren't needed to be given to an escaping T or ones that are actively rebelling. [Active rebelling is using/un-holstering a primary/secondary weapon or causing damage to a CT]. This rule is also affected by traffic of players, players in-game, time, also the team ratio and capability of the CT team. Please change your method of game play because currently your effecting the gameplay for others. Continue to not follow the above guidance will result in a ban. @Ge0➆ I understand from your view why you thought he was free-killing. It doesn’t help when he changes his name constantly. (Thinking he new) Personally I’m getting fed up of dishing out bans! So for minor things I’m gonna try this approach, Let players learn with a warning, if they still don’t understand after that I will resort to bans.

Rule is pretty clear: Rule 4: CTs should give warnings before killing people, except if it’s a rebelling or an escaping T Please follow it, shoot T in leg, or verbally warn them before killing!
