Yes, but when its down to the last 2 Ts the CTs usually get rather relaxed. My point is that the CTs have to be careful here as well, or a T might just knife one CT, take his gun and kill as many CTs as possible before initiating lr when being shot at. I can see that "Freeze and do lr" with warning shots will be more common now.

Rule has changed twice in 7 months now

So my brains are confused again, Let's say we've 3 Ts and we're doing race 1v1 because 1 T already won the game. And I'm calling the other 2 so they can play the game too, what if they don't listen to my commands are we allowed to kill them both? Or do we need to do first/last reaction..

 

Up to you. You're entitled to kill them both, but that's p unnecessary. However, if you choose to kill them both but one dies before the other, n the other spams the lr menu before you kill them and enters an lr, they're free to carry out their lr
