PA Abilities

I feel that some PAs abuse there abilities, like when I had a faulty mic and I was apparently shouting the PA said that anyone who shouts will be muted for a week. I feel that PAs abilities should be shortened in a sense that there maximum ability time be shortened. I have a few suggestions:
gagging - 1 day maximum
muting - 1 day maximum
CT banning - 7 day maximum
No Clip - N/A (Not Allowed)
I feel that PAs should also be able to do more things as well such as:
special days:
FFKTD (Friendly fire knife throwing day)
MMD (Micheal Myers day)
PAs should be able to access special holiday skins as well like:
Christmas:
Santa's Elf (CT) command: !Elf
The Grinch (T) command: !Grinch
halloween:
oogie boogie (T) command: !oogie
Jack skellington/ The mayor from Nightmare before Christmas (CT) commands: !Jack/ !Mayor S (scary face) !mayor H (happy face)

Dont think lenght should be changed, they have no access to perma, thats enough.
About the noclip, often people get bugged in doorways barels and what not, noclip is helpfull in that mather. At least i dont think someone stuck in a map is reason enough to call a clanmember.

It has also been suggested before, if !store wont happen you can guess skins wont either
