Can someone tell me why this happens?

Hi guys,

I've recently returned to playing CS:S and I keeping getting a slight lagg whenever a goal is scored on the Football server. My ping is normal, my FPS is normal, everything is normal apart from when the trigger event occurs as a goal is scored. I asked someone earlier whether it was the same for the server or just me, and it appears to be just me. I've attached a short demo to show what I mean, if someone could perhaps explain the problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Restarting either CS:S/Steam or your PC should work. Had it before as well.

Have you got any customs skins other than the ones provided by the server?

 

Not that I know of, the first time I joined the server it seemed okay, the next time I logged in (about 30 minutes later) I seemed to have developed this problem.

My computer wasn't touched for roughly a month so there is absolutely no chance of anything being downloaded. I have tried an integrity check to see if any files had mysteriously disappeared, but everything came back okay.
