Aventador Crash - Moment of Impact

This was already in the random p00p thread, but whatever, was the guy who recorded this the car owners friend and recording him do crazy stuff or was he just walking and recording randomly, hoes does that even happen.

 

I feel really bad even though it's the guys fault for having his car out can't he hear or see and it does not seem the lmabo was going over speed, the sound may make it seem like it .. but I feel bad cus I have no idea how this is going to get paid for
