I've recently built a new computer (last month) and i feel like the fps i am achieving in game are no where near what i should be considering the specs and the settings that I play on. At some points on a Deathmatch on dust 2 at some points it dropped to 100fps roughly, and usually when im playing in game im around 150-200. I feel like this is heavily under performing. I have fps_max set to 300 so my fps cap shouldn't be an issue.

    Thanks for any help.
