Hi , If a t was in lr and he picks the lr with the warden and the warden says "kill him after lr because he didn't win/finsh the game" and the warden dies , does this command still apply? I mean if cts kill him does it make it a freekill? As i know when the warden dies his commands doesn't apply anymore ...
Yea I dont think CTs should kill but I wouldn't moan about it even if I did get killed by the CTs after an LR for losing/not finishing the game..
oh well I hope some people can see this cause I got killed many many times for not finishing game and now I know my rights
Isn’t that considered as favoritism in some cases? I mean, if many T’s died while trying to complete the game, and there are two T’s who didn’t fully participate (in order not to die), they’ll get lr. --- Double Post Merged, Aug 10, 2018, Original Post Date: Aug 10, 2018 --- That’s illegal since Nomy stated that the original warden can’t kill them for that, so a new warden surely can’t kill them as long as they’re not rebelling.
If you are a T, your goal is to either win all games and get to LR or kill as many CTs and wipe them off. If the CTs failed to kill you for rebelling before the LR. Then they failed as CTs, they need to get better? It will be unfair for Ts if they get killed for winning in LR. LRs should be played fairly... so if the T wins the LR, you cant pop him for previous rebel or whatever the reason... it will be looked at as freekill. This rule will be added to jbrules today along with other changes.
With the last two/one t can we still tell them a time to do lr in, like you have 20sec to do lr or you will get shot ? As this helps stop delays and trolls or are we not allowed to do this ? I know if you new and that you need time to learn lr games and that but when the ts just run around or are rebeling we cant just wait for 5minss for them
@Mrzippy This would coincide with 2 rules: Do not purposely delay rounds from ending (purposely avoiding !lr or excessive camping). No detours / no delays is implied in all commands. So yes I presume a reasonable time limit i.e. 30 secs to 1 min would be good enough. I feel 10/20 secs is not long enough as the T still has to decide what game they want to play in LR and want to spend a bit of time choosing (especially if they are new). Perhaps if the time on the round clock is 2:45, maybe say 'you have until 2:00 to pick LR' etc.
I'm leaving this post here as I think others may share this opinion. My thoughts are that this is unfair on the other Ts as they died in a game that they didn't have to complete to get LR. What motivation will there be for Ts to participate in games if there is no obligation for them to do it? The command is often given "you must complete the game before doing LR". This drives the Ts to attempt to win the game and prevents favouritism towards Ts that didn't try. The alternative where CTs aren't allowed to kill Ts that don't participate in games or chose to rebel will undoubtedly result in an increase in Ts not attempting to complete games, and this goes against the spirit of Jailbreak in my opinion. Ts that delay, hide, rebel or don't attempt the game will get LR automatically anyway, and if they are quick enough they can initiate the LRs without being killed after winning:- this is a fun aspect of JB and to lose it would be a shame.
@Jingle Jangles The solution in my opinion is to give a timer for ex on deathrun warden should say ts must cross the first trap within 20 seconds/15 ....
